Title: Account Executive
Experience: 2–5 years in accounting or finance (preferably in Malaysia)
Location: Bandar Baru Permas Jaya, Masai, Johor Darul Ta'zim (onsite)
Salary Range: RM 4,000 – RM 4,200 (based on market rates)
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
Tools: Familiar with SQL Accounting or any cloud-based accounting software
Languages: Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting functions (AP, AR, GL)
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare bank reconciliations and audit schedules
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with tax laws (SST, LHDN)
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of Malaysian financial regulations
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
